My name is Edmund Pipitone, and I am a licensed Realtor. If you are selling your home, for starters i will be happy to offer you a free home evaluation. Once we determine the market value for your home, with your permission, I will put it in the MLS (multiple listing) system. The MLS was designed for cooperation between brokers. There are over 2,500 Realtors on the island, and by cooperating with them you give yourself the best opportunity to sell fast and for top dollar. In short, by splitting my commission I create more exposure for your home. The higher the commission the more exposure you get. If you try to sell FSBO you will find that the buyer will likely try to negotiate your price down 15%; whereas, if you list your home in the MLS and give a 5% commission you will likely get an offer very close to the asking price. Given my experience, patience and negotiating skill, in cooperation with other realtors, I am confident i will get you top dollar.
